Solution Use the water heater according to the operating instructions.
(2)Failure of the water heater itself(Display board, computer chip damage)
Solution Replace the chip or display board of the same model.
(Four)The key switch of the water heater is not good, and the touch key is not sensitive.
(1)The key switch is damaged, or there is virtual welding in the line.
Solution Replace the switch or check whether there is a virtual solder joint in the switch connection and reconnect it.
(2)Check whether the touch key circuit has open soldering place, if not, only replace the display panel.
(Five) Water heater transformerDoes not work after power on
(1)Caused by improper user operation.
Solution Follow the instructions in the operating manual.
(2)The transformer connected to the main board is damaged.
Solution Replace the same type of transformer.
(3)The ground wire is not reliably connected.
Solution Reconnect the ground wire.
(Six)Water heater transformerPower on the display, but the water flow indicator does not respond, the water heater does not heat
(1)The magnetron board is damaged.
Solution: Replace the same type of magnetic control board.
(2)The water supply pressure of the building where the user lives is insufficient.
The solution is to increase the pressure of the water supply.
(3)Water heater water flow sensing core stuck.
Solution Clean the magnetic core.
