(1) Overheating of winding
Since China has not yet fully mastered the early production technology of AC leads, the AC lead adapter transformer has been put into use for about10Year. Swap lead adapter transformer insulation expansion has occurred. Part of the oil circuit is blocked, the oil circuit is not smooth, the insulation and cooling between the lights are insufficient, and the aging is serious, causing the solder paste to become brittle. When the adapter transformer is in an insulated state for a long time, the insulating layer will fall off and the insulating layer will be partially damaged.
(23) Operation of cut-off switch, poor static contact
In the load adjustment switch, the pressure is often adjusted. In the adapter transformer with a large load current, the pressure is often adjusted, which will cause mechanical wear, electrical corrosion and contact contamination between contacts. The thermal effect of the current weakens the elasticity of the spring, thereby reducing the contact pressure between the contact and the static contact. When the contact pressure decreases, the contact resistance between the contact points increases, and the heat output between the contact points increases. Heating will accelerate the oxidation corrosion and mechanical deformation of the contact surface, forming a vicious circle. If not dealt with immediately, the transformer will be damaged.
In the no-load switch, the poor contact of the switch will cause corrosion and oxidation of the contact surface, or the contact voltage between the contact surfaces will decrease, thereby increasing the contact resistance and forming an overheating fault of the adapter transformer.
